Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “transmitting a communication over an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of a service of an information company explicitly requested by the subscriber or by the user in order to provide such a service” (see Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).
They are not used for other purposes and are usually installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies and guarantee normal navigation and use of the website and its contents.
No consent needs to be requested for the use and installation of these cookies.
Advertising cookies. This site does NOT use cookies of this type. Advertising cookies are installed to show visitors to the site content related to their preferences. They can therefore be used to display targeted advertising content based on a person’s interests. Cookies of this type work in collaboration with third party websites and can keep track of navigation history on pages of different domains. Cookies of this type usually keep track of the user’s IP address as well as other information, some of which may be personal.
