Heat treatment is essential in die-cast aluminium parts, where the processing gases remain trapped in the mixture during cooling. By heating the piece at a constant temperature, this treatment allows the release of gases that would otherwise emerge during the polymerisation phase of the paint, creating an aesthetic defect for Saveral and a definitive waste for the end customer.
