Environmental sustainability:
eco-sustainable production
A friend of “the environment in which you live”, of eco-sustainability and eco-compatibility, Saveral Srl has consistently implemented a policy strictly attentive to its work’s impact on the environment.
An eco-friendly policy translates into adopting targeted equipment and achieving environmental certifications (ISO 14001 and AUA).
For example, three osmosis plants produce demineralised water for the second rinse of the pre-treatment lines. Water is reused later for the first rinse to reduce waste. A chemical-physical sewage treatment plant closes the circuit.
Saveral is authorised to discharge fumes into the atmosphere from specific combustion processes (such as those in kilns for drying and polymerising painted surfaces) and from pre-treatment vapours.
In 2014, it installed a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system covering an area of 1,300 square metres, guaranteeing a power of 194.50 KwP, equal to 50% of the company’s needs. In 2016, a new monobloc automatic purifier was installed for wastewater treatment.

Social sustainability: gender equality and whistleblowing
For Saveral, sustainability also has a social and organizational dimension. We promote an ethical, transparent, inclusive and people‑centred working environment, grounded in the values of legality, social responsibility and integrity. As further confirmation of this commitment, in 2017 we adopted an Organizational, Management and Control Model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Within this framework, Saveral pays particular attention to whistleblowing and gender equality. Whistleblowing concerns the reporting of violations of the law, the Code of Ethics, or unlawful or unethical conduct, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, which implements EU Directive 2019/1937. Reports relating to gender equality, in line with UNI/PdR 125:2022, instead concern discriminatory situations, non‑inclusive behaviour or actions that undermine people’s dignity, even when they do not constitute a breach of law.
Saveral has implemented a secure and confidential whistleblowing reporting channel, designed to protect reporting individuals from retaliation or negative consequences. This channel has also been extended to cover reports related to gender equality.
The reporting system includes:
• an external whistleblowing channel, ensuring independence and impartiality;
• an internal channel, dedicated to both whistleblowing and gender equality, as a tool for listening and prevention.
The internal channel is managed through the Reler platform, which enables secure, confidential and also anonymous reporting.
Every report is handled with the utmost confidentiality, impartiality and care, in full respect of the rights of all individuals involved.
