Processing and treatments pre-coating
Total care of processing is essential to achieve high quality standards in the finished product.
To ensure accurate satisfaction of different market needs, Saveral srl provides optional work that can be added at the surface painting phase.
There are four pre-painting preparation treatments available.
Phosphasgrass system for ferrous products
- Surfaces prepped with acidic iron phosphates heated to 55/60 ° C which creates a phosphate layer ensuring corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion properties of the paint
- Rinse after treatment with with demineralized water water
- Drying oven
- Dimensione Maximum capacity up to: height 1.400 mm, width 1.000 mm, length 4.000 mm.
Fluotitanation system for aluminum products and its alloys
- Surfaces prepped with a biconstituted system to produce a colourless layer which ensures resistance to corrosion and give excellent adhesive properties to the paint. Use of nano technologies that allow for titanium prepping
- Drying oven
- Maximum capacity up to: height 1.000 mm, width 300 mm, length 1,100 mm.
Phosphochromatizing system for aluminum products and its alloys
- Surfaces prepped with chromium to create a layer of salts and chromium oxides which, once dried, guarantee resistance to corrosion and give the paint excellent adhesive properties
- Drying oven
- Maximum capacity up to: height 800 mm, width 300 mm, length 1,100 mm.
Degasage oven for aluminum products and its alloys
- Hand-loading oven racks allow, with pieces from aluminum castings, for the removal of residual hydrogen from the melt which could cause porosity, inclusions or holes in the painted piece
- Maximum capacity up to: height 1,000 mm, width 300 mm, length 1,100 mm.
